Version draft-2026-10-29e
An indicative price
Your estimate is an indicative price from the licensed fencer for your area, worked out from rates they have approved in writing. It includes GST and is valid for 30 days.
This is not a quote or contract. It isn't an offer either. The licensed fencer provides a final written quote after inspecting your property, before any work starts.
When the price can change
The price is based on what you tell us, and some things can only be checked properly on site. At the inspection, the licensed fencer checks things like the length, access, ground conditions (rock, tree roots, slope or retaining), the work to remove the old fence, and any rules (boundary, council or pool) that need a different fence. The fencer then provides a final written quote, which may differ from your estimate.
Site conditions
We don't add charges for site conditions online. If you tell us about them, they show on your estimate as something the fencer will check.
