About these terms
Arclen Fencing is a trading name of Arclen Ventures (ABN 48 703 457 808). In these documents "we" and "us" means Arclen Ventures.
By using this website you agree to these terms.
What we do
Arclen Fencing provides indicative fence estimates based on a licensed fencer's approved rates, and passes enquiries to that fencer.
We don't install fences. Any fencing work is between you and the fencer, under their own contract and terms.
Estimates
Estimates are indicative only and depend on the information you give us. They are not an offer or a contract. See the Estimate Disclaimer.
Using the site
Give accurate information, don't misuse the site (for example, automated or fake submissions), and only submit details for a property you're responsible for or have permission to enquire about.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded or limited.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for work done by fencers, or for loss from relying on an estimate rather than the fencer's confirmed written price.
