Character homes often suit timber, while bigger family blocks and townhouse complexes are a mix of timber and Colorbond. Plenty of backyards here run downhill.
Good to know in Brisbane South
- South East Queensland's summer storms bring heavy rain and strong gusts. Good post footings and drainage along the fence line matter.
